1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE: I understand and acknowledge that participation in pottery and ceramic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of sharp tools, heavy equipment, high-temperature kilns, electrical equipment, wet surfaces, clay dust, chemical materials, and physical exertion. I further understand that Clay Fire Water operates as a pottery studio and may also serve alcohol on the premises, which may increase the risks associated with participation. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with my participation in any activities at Clay Fire Water. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Clay Fire Water, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including those arising from the negligence of Clay Fire Water, for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained while on the premises or participating in any activity, whether now or in the future.
2. STUDIO RESPONSIBILITY & ETIQUETTE: I agree to follow all posted studio rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance. I understand that I am responsible for properly cleaning and caring for all equipment and workspace after use. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in cleaning fees, suspension, or loss of booking privileges.
3. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE: I grant Clay Fire Water permission to photograph and/or record me and to use such images or recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes in any media without compensation.
4. HEALTH & FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE: I certify that I am physically and medically capable of participating in pottery and studio activities and that I have no condition that would impair my ability to participate safely. I agree to immediately inform staff if I experience discomfort or unsafe conditions.
5. CONTINUING AGREEMENT: This agreement shall apply to all present and future participation at Clay Fire Water and shall remain in effect until revoked in writing.
6. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
